Anyone know of a wireless tether app for liberty gingerbread? My old version wont work with gingerbread

I'm going to bump this back up, b/c I have searched via google and this forum, and have come up hit/miss results, no clearcut answer to if/how tethering is possible with GB, and if there is an answer it's buried in a 40-50 page post, where it should be a sticky...

Try wifi tether apk ver 3.0 (yellow icon). Search that, it will be the first entry. Hope it works. I don't tether but once in a while and it works for me on liberty gb v0.7

yea search a lil it was in the news section a few days ago....i have to run it as DX not D2 to get it to work on mine

Had to revert back to L1.5 to use wireless tether again. 2.01 didn't allow this function. I'm not switching to GB until I get a new phone. Sucks this phone's boot loader is locked down.

Listen, it works on 2.0.1 (wifi tether 2.7. Liberty GB is working as well, just use ver 3.0.

Change your ip address's off 10.2 and it should work fine. Channel 6 and 192.168.2.0/24
