terminal emulator - useful shortcuts

I am messing around with Terminal Emulator from the market. Is there such thing as tab completion and up arrow repeating last line for this version of the terminal?

Not that I've come across, I wish there was (particularly repeat last command or something). hope I'm wrong though.

Is there anything useful to use terminal for on this phone? I would use it on my D1 with a custom rom to enable and disable rom features, but I don't think this phone supports those. I am thinking of adblock specifically.

If you have root you might need it. If you don't have root, it's pretty pointless (just get a good file explorer).
