Terminal Emulator (How to thread)

I've been around the forums for a while and I've been wanting to see a thread like this so people like myself could learn the ins and outs of android terminal emulator. I would be very grateful for input on how to get started using this app. I have it on liberty gb and i know it's a powerful tool. Links to video's or tutorials would be a great start as well as comments and insights into how to utilize TE. I can only guess that I'm not the only one who is interested in learning about how freakin cool and powerful their android device is.

I don't have any links, but basically any command you use for ADB you can run through TE. I set up ADB but never used it. I originally rooted my phone using TE.
So really its just and alternative to using ADB.

I'll rephrase the original question. ADB is something many people don't know how to use. With all the one click apps out there. Info on adb would be helpful too if it's intimately connected with TE. My idea for this thread is to educate android users on the basics of linux (which I must admit am ignorant to a large degree as well). Sure i can root, rom, overclock, sbf etc.. But te and adb can be intimidating for naive users.

The commands have to be installed in order to use them. Use root explorer and look in system/bin or system/xbin, those are the commands. To learn more about them open the terminal, type in your command and add a -h or -help at the end.
