Telephone Icon erased on my Nuxus 4

Apparently in a mistake, I've erased the Telephone Icon in My Nuxus 4 (version 4.2.2). I can't arrange calls from the phone either see my contacts. Still I can have incoming calls.

Can somebody help me? It's looks not simple.

The phone icon should still be in your app drawer no?

It it not appearing there. One important thing is that in the "app list" in the setting i can see the existence of the icon "telephone", but I can't use it at all. It just says it is existing in the phone...

Suddenly the Icon appeared back to the app drawer. It's alright.
