So I'm rooted and rommed, today around noon I picked up my phone to check the time and noticed an ota downloading so I quickly canceled it before I had a brick. Any one know what ota this might be? Late MR2 or maybe GB? I'm in southern california.

I would guess MR2, it is still being force pushed out to devices.

yeah it is just the MR2. there are ways to stop the OTA from getting to your phone though. i just dont know how to stop it.

I am on Gingeritis 1.1 and didn't have to anything to prevent OTA's as seems the dev has removed most all the bloat that Verizon rely's on to push and install an OTA, however I did notice this setting:

Go to Settings - About Phone - Software Updates - Uncheck Scheduled check box
