tapatalk not in android market

i have heard around this forum that certain apps don't show up in the market on HTC phones. i bought tapatalk on my Droid 1. i bought the thunderbolt today, and tapatalk is in my purchased apps, but if i click it it says 'app not found' and it doesn't show up in a market search.... is this one of the apps that wont show up or has tapatalk been removed from the market?

Their servers were down so the app was removed. Smart not so sell something that won't work. It's back, and operational.
