Talk me out of Kinivo BTH220 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones and hands free calling - I'll spend up to $50.

I'm probably dreaming, but I'd love to get something with sound quality comparable to Sennheiser PX-100 (not that high a bar actually).

You're looking for something that I'm not using any longer. I've tried 3 of these style bluetooth headsets and keep going back to the Shure earbuds. The Shure's cost a lot more than $50, but they are the most comfortable things I've ever owned. The sound quality is superb as well, and with the noise cancellation, no outside noises can get in. I use them mowing and weed eating my lawn.
