System Storage and Internal Storage

Hello BrotherRazr, first im so sorry if this thread are repost and fool questions
Please someone explain about storage on DroidRazr XT912 16GB
on my Setting Storage, System are 2GB and Internal Storage are 8GB, so where the 6GB left?
and can we setup system storage more than 2GB?
