/system/app/systemUI.apk missing from D2G

/system/app/systemUI.apk is missing from my D2G. Is this normal? How am I to go about getting it back. Thanks in advance!

i do not have it, however if it is located somewhere else then just reboot your phone, it should show back up if it is critical, however if you reboot and it does not function properly i would look into a SBF restore on your phone
