System App help

Anybody, what is the best way to remove system apps like corp. calendar and calendar? I also want to get rid of amazomMP3 store. I am rooted and would like a few recommendations, thanks...

Use Root Explorer, I think it's best. Either that or Titanium Backup

Root explorer is telling me I can't move a file cause its a read only file, how do I switch it to read/write ? I tried tapping the button @ top to toggle on, but without any lucky... is there any other way?

Also if you are rooted, check to see if root explorer is allowed SU permissions by going into the superuser app.
