Syncing issues ARGHHH!

I am shocked to see my phone has no emails. I go to my PC and check my gmail and I have alot of new emails. I check the phone sync and last time was last night. I also resync and it doesn't nothing.

I switched my batteries to condition the spare with some charge/discharge cycles and after restarting I received texts that had been sent a couple of days ago. Try a battery pull. I haven't had the problem since.
