Synching

Hey i just got the Droid X today and I have a simple question. For some reason, I have put synching off for facebook. I JUST want my phone to have the contacts that I specified, people's numbers not FACEBOOK AND EMAILS! lol

How can I get rid of these additional contacts that I don't want?

Other than that, this phone is AMAZING.

Go into settings and account and then under fb tell it not to sync contacts. You are going to have to manually delete the ones that it did add after that.

Or you could try this, was not working for some though..

Hit arrow button displaying apps, click Contacts, Click Menu, Click More, Click Manage Accounts, Click Facebook, Click Remove Account. All Facebook contacts will be deleted from your phone contacs. Only phone contacts will remain. The facebook app will remain in your apps to be used when you want.:icon_ banana:

I removed the account, and then signed in on facebook again and I lost the contacts that were synched. It'll probably sync them again :/

I'll see what happens by tomorrow. Thanks for the help guys.
