Is there an app or program that will Sync Outlook contacts with the Droid X?

Thanks, but I don't use Gooble mail, I use the Droid Phone/contatacts. But on checking around I found that the contacts on my Droid are being stored on my Google gmail account so I guess there is a connection; although I am just realizing it. So may be I need to look closer at this solution.
