Sync Browser - Will not sync

I noticed that all of my bookmarks from Chrome are not present on my Nexus stock browser - and now I have an idea why. In accounts and sync, everything under my Google sync has synced in the past 24 hours except for "Sync Browser" which has not synced since 2/18.....Is anyone else having the sync issue with the browser and if so how can I fix it? I tried clearing cache and data and unchecking brower sync to no avail.

Should be able to just hit the checkmark or something to make it automatically sync iirc. Sorry my phone is charging while turned off right now.
