Sync Chrome bookmarks with Motorola Droid?

Is there a way to sync the google chrome bookmarks I have on my desktop, with the bookmarks on my phone? There are "sync" options in the Google Chrome menus but I have no idea how to get it to sync with the phone's bookmarks too.
