It's probably out of available beta testing again. You can try going out to the Swype website and checking their beta testing program and see if they will accept a new user. Some have had luck signing in, setting up your account, and then jumping over to the section that allows you to resend the program to you by e-mail (I know you didn't have it before, but it has worked with the company before to get new copies from them). That's the main way I can think of legally.
