Does this affect safe strap. I will be happy to test but since we have no fast boot files for the d4 I have to be certain to keep my stock safe.

I don't know what this strap is, but if you mean recovery, it all not be affected. Only the system partition is modified.

Just purchased this app a few days ago but haven't got around to setting it up yet. I want to set up a profile for my little girl with all her games and books, once I have can I delete them all from my profile safely? Thanks.

Works great on my Xoom and Nexus. I don't really see any speed improvements, but I loved getting rid of all the clutter of having my kids apps in the drawer.

The main speed improvements when removing apps come from changes to the amount of memory available to the heap. Congested systems will spend CPU cycles managing the heap, uncongested will not. That's it.
