Switching from one ROM to another

Sounds easy enough. What are your favorite Froyo and Gingerbread based ROMs?

I was kinda particular Fission on Froyo. Pure android, no blur. Liberty GBwas great, but I never tried Liberty Froyo. CM7/MIUI are my favs except for battery life. Apex was great on battery life. Check this thread to understand the differences between vanilla roms and blur roms
