Suspicious Download on Galaxy 3

My galaxy 3 phone may have gotten into the wrong hands, so I checked the application manager and the most recent download was called Client. Screenshot is attached. Nothing comes up under google search. Though it was listed under "downloaded", it wasn't under "running", but there was a force stop option, which I pressed. Now the option is no longer available, so something was active before even if it was not running. Any insights on this program and how I would determine when it was installed?

PS- the permissions give access to basically the contents of my entire phone.

You should be able to find it in a download folder with say Astro, long press, and view details

Uninstall it. If it is needed and you're not rooted, the system will not let you delete it.
