Superuser issue ?

New to rooting and I have a problem for some reason no apps show up in Superuser and is this why I can't download clockworkmod recovery in Rom manager

Download root checker and see if you are rooted out of market

I don't know what method you used to root, but auto root method worked flawlessly for me. If you don't have root, then I'd recommend running the auto root.
