Suddenly cant move/delete/add apps or widgets...

Title says it all.

Running HTC Eris on CyanogenMod 7.1.0, Android 2.3.7. Was working fine, suddenly stopped being able to create/alter/edit/delete apps and widgets from screen. Happened soon after DLing google maps (connected?).

I hold finger over app and still get the haptic buzz, but that is all.
