Stupid question...

Ok, I feel like a complete noob but how do you uninstall apps on the S4? Went to a Samsung store within Best Buy and the rep told me that you have to uninstall all apps using the play store. Is this true?

Not a stupid question at all my friend.

Swipe down on the status bar and click on the Settings icon on the top right. Click on the "More" tab and then click on Application Manager. Swipe to the right for "ALL" to show all apps and then select app/s to uninstall.

I don't know about the S4, but I assume it's probably the same, on the S3 you can also go to the main apps page and there is a way to get to that same menu.

Not a stupid question, though I think a better question is "How can I uninstall the crap apps that I don't want that are seriously impeding my experience without having to root the phone?" followed by "Why the **** not!?" ;-)

Thanks! Found it. Still taking time to get used to this phone :)
