stupid question help please

Once you set the 5 quick contacts, how do you change them or edit them? I cant seem to figure it out, also once a widget is on this screen, how can I delete it

to delete a widget, press and hold it until it vibrates and a little trash can will show up on the bottom of the screen. drag the widget in to that trash can to get rid of it.

as for the quick tasks thing, i don't really know.

You have to resize it until its big enough to where you can add more quick actions. It'll take you to the screen where you can check and uncheck quick actions.
