Oh i see. Well this works. Just follow the steps. Old rsdlite maybe? Go to the same site and get the rsdlite there too.

im reinstalling rsd lite and the drivers and trying it again. About how long should it take to flash?

one more thing. To avoid wiping my storage do I select the 5.9.902xml in rsd lite or the original xml file

It gets to 14/20 flash system "system.img" and stays there. Its been there for about 20 min, ill give it another hour or so.

My computer is pretty beastly so It shouldn't take this long

Stop rsd lite. No need for an hr. Try another pc. Even though your specs meet requirements, it still may have issues with the moto-drivers.

No go...It still wiped my phone with the 5.9.902xml, but at least it kept root.

I will try on my work computer tomorrow

I do but the first time I didnt know titanium backs up to the internal storage by default and I lost everything :mad:

I will try on my work computer tomorrow

You had to of ran the wrong xml. There is no erase emstorage in the 5.9.902 xml. It wipes userdata though.

I was wrong. It did not wipe the internal storage.

The Flash worked on a different computer. What should i use for root? motofail?
