Tried to go from ICS to Gingerbread ... Help Please.

And now RSD Lite is stating: Failed flashing process. 6/22 flash cdt.bin "cdt.bin -> Phone returned FAIL.

Okay, I am stuck. I am downloading the image from the link above to try but am really worried. The file I just tried worked once before.

Please help.

The title is extremely misleading, but I think he was manually trying to go to ICS, and just jacked the title of the thread up by mistake.
