stuck in landscape mode after instal Liberty3X

So i just installed Liberty3x gold 1.0 im coming from miui and did a complete wipe. So after i did a fresh install my phone seems to be stuck in landscape mode. I turned off auto rotation and that seems the only way i can get it to stay in portrait as soon as i turn auto rotation back on it goes back into landscape mode and wont go back to portrait. im at a loss maybe i should do another install?

My O.G. Droid had the accelerometer get stuck resulting in the same problem. Might try to check and see if it is working in GPS Status.

That's odd, if it was working fine before you flashed the ROM I would try and reinstall, usually a good place to start atleast.
