Stopped Charging . . . Again

Does anyone have an idea as to why my FIFTH Droid4 has stopped charging? I originally thought it was the screen protector which made the phone "think" it was always on. I originally had the Koi wallpaper but on my 3rd phone I did not load any extra apps other than my Good email utility. I've erased all data and started from scratch and still, no charging.

Thank goodness this is a company phone otherwise I would have pulled out what little hair I have left.

Are you trying to charge it by USB instead of the wall socket? Once it gets below a certain level USB charging will not work.
