Stock Wallpapers missing?

Anyone else notice on their VZ S4 the stock wallpaper of the boy and the balloons? Why would VZ leave that out? As others pointed out, like the wifi toggle is missing (anyway to put it back in?) and other little things, I really wonder who's in charge to say what stays or goes? Did leaving out the one wallpaper save THAT much more room on the phone? LOL

*bump* I also now just noticed I have 2 NEW stock wallpapers that I have no idea how it got in my phone, and my friend's S4 did too! One is of a boat near water, and the other is a winding road in between 2 green hills and the edge of the wallpaper has leaves. Strange?

I use a app from the play store galaxy wallpaper for s4 Had the original wallpaper plus a lo more
