There's a kexec version of the official Jellybean OTA over at XDA:

But if you're looking to reflash Jellybean so you can reroot and everything your best bet is to flash the official Jellybean sbf (I know I already mentioned that in the other thread).

Grab the Feb 4.1.2 version here:

Or there are other threads with how to's. If you're looking to get systems apps back, like the official calendar, fastbooting should take care of that.
