Stock ROM for VZW DROID 1

I want to roll back to the stock ROM for my Droid (basically as it was out of the box.) Can anyone assist? Thank you.

I haven't made exactly sure, but I'm fairly positive that you can flash this file via ROM Manager and it will return to Android 2.2 with no root and the like. If someone else knows exactly what this guy needs to do please feel free to post additional instructions.
