Stock Music Starts Randomly

I recently downloaded a program to download and play music. Once I download the music and listen to the music through the programs player, everything works fine. If I plug in headphones, however, the stock music player will begin playing randomly interrupting the music being played by the program.

Any time I have headphones in, the stock music player will randomly pop up and begin playing. And when it does, it doesn't play continuously, sometimes it will skip and other time it will play for a minute solid, then stop for a while, then pop up again.

Any solution to making the stock music player stop doing this? It gets annoying, especially when listening to another programs player.

BTW, my phone is a Droid X

I had a similar problem on my Droid OG and found that the Block Headset App fixed the problem. I have no idea whether this will work on the Droid X.
