Stock GB News and Weather widget (Genie)

Does anybody have the apk for the Stock AOSP GenieWidget? Preferably 2.3.4 (or any GB version that works, I guess?)

It's the combined news and weather widget that comes on stock builds of android, and I like it way better than the Blur widgets for news or weather.

I tried a couple .apk's I found online, but none were from Motorola phones, and they wouldn't install...

Thanks. It installs, but FC's when I try to load the widget.

Maybe it's not Blur compatible? I tried it with ADWlauncher, but it did the same thing. Hmm...

Works fine on my Droid 3.

Not sure if I installed it when on stock launcher or after I switched to Launcher Pro...but it works just fine for me.

Hmm. Ok. I'll try with Launcher Pro, and see if that's the magic....

Yup, totally works now. Even with default Blur launcher. Not sure if it was installing LP, or uninstalling/reinstalling the widget apk...

Yeah, just download it, then click the download complete notification in your dropdown bar.
