Stock 2.2: app Icons Have Changed to Defaul Android Icon

Starting yesterday, some app and bookmark icons that I have organized in folders changed to the default green/white Android icon on my Stock FRG01B. I've been running this version since it was leaked a few weeks ago and have not had any problems with it. Not sure if Launcher Pro is at fault here or not.

Anyone else seeing this?

like after a reboot or battery pull?

Definitely not a battery pull. It could have been a reboot I did 2-3 days ago. But it seems it was only 1-2 icons yesterday, now about 10 with no reboot inbetween. I already rebooted to see if that would fix things, no luck.

Nope, I'm not rooted.

If an app was updated in the market, sometimes that will change the icon back to stock.

Some of these apps have not updated in weeks. And it's affecting bookmarks too.
