Step by step rooting instructions

Hi everyone. I just got this phone for Christmas and it's great! I want to root it, but I'm worried about breaking my phone. Is there any way someone could help me with a step by step instruction for doing this?

I used Unrevoked on the original Incredible and it was really easy. Looks like it's been updated for the Inc2. Here is a tutorial with video. Haven't looked closely at it but theunlockr.com tutorials are normally pretty good.
