ss 3.05 will not install

my d4 was running a rom and i uninstalled ss and deleted superuser and sent the phone to moto for a complaint on battery life.
got the phone back and went to install ss, and it keeps saying ss fc...
any idea's?...its still rooted cause rom toolbox didnt saying anything and i reinstalled superuser from the market

Make sure you still have root/the latest root by trying to update the su binary from superuser. I assume you can install the superuser app even if you still don't have root. Update busybox from the market. When you unistalled ss before sending it back to moto, did you do it from your stock system or a rom?

If all else fails, sbf back to stock and start over.

i removed su from my stock rom. il go home and re root it...i cant sbf cause i dont think my buddy wants all those files and what not on his laptop considering i dont even know what im doin...
