The Now Network is expanding their LTE presence across the nation on February 19th. Sprint just reported today that they will be opening over twenty new markets to their LTE service on that date. Here's the list:
  • Batavia, NY
  • Columbia, MO
  • Coos Bay, OR
  • Flagstaff, AZ
  • Jasper, IN
  • Lima, OH
  • Maui, HI
  • Norwalk, OH
  • Orange County, NY
  • Oxnard, CA
  • Port Townsend, WA
  • Poughkeepsie, NY
  • Pueblo, CO
  • Salisbury, MD
  • Santa Barbara-Santa Maria-Goleta, CA
  • Springfield, IL
  • Statesboro, GA
  • Talladega-Sylacauga, AL
  • Terre Haute, IN
  • The Big Island, HI
  • Vail, CO
  • Warrensburg, MO
  • Washington DC
  • Wheeling, WV
Quick eyes will notice some notable additions including some in Arizona, Hawaii and even Washington DC. Sound off if you live in one of these areas and would consider Sprint.

To me this really shows how far behind Sprint is. Now companies are activating Wideband LTE, Advanced LTE and looking for even higher speeds. Sprint is still rolling out what the rest already seem to have in place.

I was PLEASANTLY surprised to see my town in that list. I NEVER see my town in any of these type of announcements. Go Sprint!

@johomaz, I guess Sprint must crawl before it can run; and believe you me, they've been crawling for a while now.
