I don't want to root. Is there a way to bypass the hotspot block and turn on the wifi hotspot. I've
Tried the app extended control with no luck. If you need more info on the phone tell me what you need and how to get the info. Any help would be appreciated .thanks

Yes and I still get the message "your plan doesn't have that service"

Those are the only work around I know of for hotspot without root
