As Android N begins to make its way to some devices in the form of Preview builds we are still a long ways away from the majority of devices receiving the update to Marshmallow. Each day we get a bit closer to Marshmallow saturation. Today both the Galaxy Note Edge and Galaxy S5 Sport for Sprint have received the Marshmallow Update OTA.
This brings the build number to G860PvPU2CPD1 on the Galaxy S5 Sport and N915PVPU 4DPD on the Galaxy Note Edge. The update includes security patches from Google along with performance enhancements and bug fixes. You can also expect the same multitasking enhancements we have seen on the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6. The other Marshmallow features like Doze and Now on tap are also present.
