I keep hearing that government cheese is the best. Never had it though.

But yes I do like cheese. Seeing that I have 50% Italian Stallion in me I love me some Gorgonzola. The real stinky kind : )

Well CK I'm half Italian, also. I prefer Parmigiano-Reggiano with Bolognese and in salads and Provolone for sandwiches or snacks. Some crusty bread and a nice glass of red is special!
