Never heard of Spotlight before, but JSM definitely deserves it. There are people on the forums that get it and those who don't. JSM is without a doubt one of the former.
One example of the latter is a member who begins a post with, "I don't want to have to read everything... ". I always wonder if they have a blind spot and don't see the word SEARCH.
And the most upsetting and best sign of the decline of Western Civilization are the ungrateful ill mannered posters with the most bizarre false feeling of self entitlement. I am not easily bothered, but I would rather spend a day in a bee hive than read their tripe!

JSM, you rock! Now that you have the spotlight, Shine on You Crazy Diamond!
