I made some splash screens since I just learned how. I figured I would share them with everyone here since I have always gotten help.

Like I said I am a NOOB to this. I JUST learned it so some might not work.

I take no responsibility if you do anything to your phone. You are flashing this at your own risk. Once again I take NO responsibility if anything happens to your phone. YOU are flashing at YOUR own RISK!

Thank you to Rom-Addict for his walk-through on XDA and trueblue for his splasher kit.

Steps:

1. Place on root of SD not in a folder (make sure it says PG05img.zip)
2. Boot to Bootloader
3. Select bootloader
4. It will ask if you want to update splash1 say yes
5. when complete reboot

Then you should be able to see the new splash.

If you have request I will try and do it.

well if your asking because you want me to post it up and you'll do it for me I'm actually trying to figure it out. but thank you. (and if you were talking about me trying the pictures you already did no I'm trying to do my own splash)

what program are you using to resize the pics to 400x800? I can't seem to get the pictures to stay there for one if them always changes either width or height.

No I was asking so I can see what the problem was. Thought it was maybe the format the picture is in or something.

I use Gimp. And just reside it to 480x800 and then save.

Yeah. It's a kit. I don't know why it doesn't stay. Are you on a pc or MAC? If you're on a pc use ms paint to resize it. Sometimes Gimp gives me trouble and I use paint.

so pretty much what you do is select the 400x800 picture. convert it to splash format. then flash it in hboot all with the program right? I mean sounds simple enough.

Yeah pretty much. I'm not home I would link you to the xda forum that I used. It's a very simple process.
