New user here that's read a lot of threads, just have one major problem that I'm hoping you guys can help me with.

I was using my phone to browse through Craigslist for T.Vs, what I basically did was email, or I should rather say messaged this particular ad in response to 40inch flat screen. Not the best idea but I was kinda multitasking...

Anyway, now I get several txt messages directly to my phone. Is there a way to put them in ignore? The emails are always different and always come around at random times of the day.

Thanks in advance community!

try typing quit , stop or unsubscribe in a reply .. there usually is a small type sentence telling you how to stop getting the text messages in one of the texts .

For the emails Gmail can handle that for you. With the mail open in gmail press menu button/report spam. Gmail is pretty smart at picking up spam, you may have to do it 3 times but that should be it.
