Sorting Email for Exchange

How can I sort my email by date or users? Did Droid miss this basic feature?

I think the idea was to replace the sorting with searching.

Searching is actually more efficient, but sorting is more of a natural progression from PC based mail clients.

The only issue here is I can't seem to search only email. I am thinking this will be coming in some future release. Searching everything in the world is great, but if you can narrow it down it would be a bit more effective.
