SONY (DC6503) Android; for the last 24-hrs experiencing problems.....

...in that the screen has turned white, making it difficult to see the screen and details, can't scroll, and most annoyingly it talks to me after every 'selection' I attempt to make. It also keeps repeating that the Media Server is On, however I have uninstalled a "Media Server" App and cannot locate anything else that might match that. The other thing it repeats is 'Sorry, APK exception will be exit' which doesn't seem to make any sense.

Is there anyone out there that might be able to help me, have experienced this issue?? I really need to get this resolved URGENTLY because I am using my phone while participating in a Study and I am receiving messages each day that I should be responding to.
Getting VERY frustrated and ANNOYED with this voice, so would APPRECIATE ANY (SENSIBLE) ADVICE!!!

Welcome to the forum... I can only think of possibly doing a factory reset on the phone.. Maybe someone else has idea..

It sound like a hardware issue. A long shot would be a factory reset and see if that resolves your problem,.

If at all possible, try to backup your data first.

I don't know if by now you solved your problem..but to narrow that down best way is get a file explorer and look with a lope into it..let me know.
