something went wrong on unrooting

I had my Droid rooted no problems then went to unroot because I was giving it to my mother I followed the instructions I've found and it just wont unroot but that brings another problem I've tried all my Rome I have and none work even rom manager doesn't work I'm so lost I can't describe I tried different sbf everything I can think of. Here are some pics of my phone that can maybe offer some explanation of what's going please help

Use that file, much easier, make sure you wipe data and cache first

did that now frozen on droid screen and recovery doesn't work
