Some text screen question

So the mrs. Has a razr and she had a request I had no clue how to fulfill. When receiving a text she wants the screen to turn on.
Running up to date no root. Is there an ap or setting for this?

Go SMS Pro is free and does this. I prefer it to the stock text app for a bunch of reasons, that being one of them.
