some other way to get SPR 2.5.0.0 ???

Having tons of problems with both CWM and SPR recoveries.
wanted to try 2.5.0.0 as many suggest but cannot access via ROM manager (see: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-hacks/106988-recovery-issue-2.html#post1101077)

The problems I am having are either it not booting into recovery or failing to mount sdcard while trying to do backup or restore.

What is SPR 2.5.0.0? If you mean CWMRecovery 2.5.0.0 try my "droid files" link below. I've got quite the collection of stuff there including some a bunch of the older CWMRecovery images. You might have to flash it manually, though. There a guide for that using SPRecovery at my site as well.
