Software Update not working on Rezound

My Rezound phone is rooted, and after I click ok to start the update it downloads then resets my phone. The problem is that it reboots into Clockworkmod recovery and the update fails from there. How can I fix this so that it will run the update successfully?

The software update is an update that will prepare the phone for the coming Android 4.0

Chances are, you'll need to take your phone back to complete stock. Being rooted and having CWM installed will cause the update to fail.
