Im one of those people who have had a lot of trouble with downloading SNESOID roms from phone. I get that encrypted page.
Couple weeks ago i found a posting about someone explaining how to do it and i did work but since i was leaving work i forgott to save that page. Can someone direct me to a posting that shows it???? i search and search but nothing...... please help.

If you want to spend $2 you can buy rom buddy from the market. It downloads roms directly to your phone through the app.

Go to this site Roms4Droid - Mmmmm... ROMS!! Direct Downloads! Hassle-free... is this heaven? download any rom you want save to computer. Creat a folder on you droid for whatever games you want (snes games, sega) you get the idea. Transfer games to folder and done!!!

good luck i have a bunch of these games and about 85% work
