SNesoid Lite Net Play Question

So I wanted to play a fighting game 2 player mode with my cousin and was told that Net Play would allow us to do that. However I haven't a clue about how to set it up. Has anyone gotten this to work?

I would prefer the wi-fi setup but if someone can help with bluetooth that would be great too.
Btw I am using the droid x.
